David Johnson is the Founder and Managing Partner of Johnson Litigation Group. Mr. Johnson graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1989. He graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 1996 and started his legal career that same year with the Tampa-based law firm of Annis, Mitchell, Cocky, Edwards & Roehn. In 2000, Mr. Johnson was one of 4 attorneys who opened the Tampa office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon. Through hard work and a proven track record of success, Mr. Johnson earned equity partner status at Shook Hardy. In 2017, Mr. Johnson decided to start his own law firm, which is Johnson Litigation Group. Since starting Johnson Litigation Group, Mr. Johnson has provided hands-on, top-tier litigation services to clients throughout Florida over a diverse range of subject matters.
Mr. Johnson has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout Florida, and he has tried numerous cases to verdict. Mr. Johnson prides himself on working closely with his clients and using his experience, expertise, judgment, and skills to navigate the litigation landscape and achieve successful outcomes for his clients.
